The function of this grill is very good. You might have a little trouble with the vents at first getting the temperature right while you cook. You really get an even heat distribution which helps you control the fire. The grate leaves a good looking grill mark on your cooked food. The tray on the side of the grill is really convenient and you can put some big heavy items there without problem. The wood that’s used on the tray, should last a while.
