It Traeger Junior Elite Pellet Grill Reviewcan also be used anywhere you take it as long as you have access to an electric outlet. In my review i will cover every aspect that i can find on this electric smoker

Grill type

The trager junior elite is a pellet smoker grill which uses pellets instead of gas or charcoal. Pellet grills are well known for their ease of use. And the food they cook cant be beat. The smoke is uniform and the time it takes to cook the food causes it to be tender and well smoked. Also food cooked in an electric pellet smoker is healthier. Without most of the byproducts that old fashioned wood smokers add to food. With electronic auto-start ignition this smoker will take wood cooking into the 21st  century. This makes the elite grill a wise investment.

Consumer Reviews

There were  16 reviews,1 of which was a 1 star. There was 14 5 star reviews. One 4 star. The 1 star has vague problems with  the traeger wood pellet grill .

Pros

The trager junior elite pellet grill is equipped with a digital thermostat controller, which keeps the cooking temps precise and allows you to be hands off during cooking times. Lifting the cover we find that the trager has a porcelain  coated cooking grate. There are 292 square inches of cooking area. There is a convection  blower built in that spreads the hot smoky air around the food being cooked. The digital thermostat allows for precise control of cooking temperature. The grill has 20 gauge steel construction. The pellets are fed into the firebox by an auger system. The pellets are fed automatically for precise smoking and heat. The indirect heat is an excellent way to cook food.

Also there is an electric start ignition. All you do is set temps, load wood pellets. Add food and you are on the way to a mouth watering barbecue meal. Also an easy grease drain system and a smoke exhaust system. The new traeger junior brings cooking  into the 21st century. I think the junior elite pellet grill is a good addition to a small family or retired couple who like great tasting barbecue, with no hassle.

Traeger Junior Elite Pellet Grill Review

Cons

The trager junior elite is made in China. I don’t like things made there but there isn’t many complaints about this smoker that i could find. Of course its not as high quality as the more expensive smoker grill. In a smoker this cheap it is good quality, just not great like the ones costing 800 dollars or more. I didn’t find any complaints about trager’s customer service.

Conclusion

So in conclusion the traeger pellet has auto-start ignition. A porcelain coated grilling grate for easy cleanup. Also ez drain grease pan. The pellets are  hardwood pellets and you can either buy online or local. There are better pellet grills but they will cost more money. There is a recipe book that comes with the grill. The traeger grill is a heavy duty construction and with proper care should last a long time. Want more information? Click Here
